Sun Sep 5 20:50:51 CEST 2004:
The Windows version is now an auto-extracting executable, which
(for now) always installs into C:\SWFTools\.
I hope it works on all Windows versions (I tested 98, ME, and 2000). Version 0.6.1 is released. This release fixes quite a number of bugs in pdf2swf and swfc, which were introduced with the 0.6.0 release (which was horribly buggy even for a dot zero version). Also, finally all bounding boxes in the pdf2swf SWFs are right, so they should display faster. Fri Feb 6 20:13:30 CET 2004:0.5.0 is released (finally!). It includes some nice new features, most importantly H.263 compression support. Sat Dec 27 18:43:32 CET 2003:
Savannah is back up again.
Due to the hacker attacks on savannah last week, CVS and mailing list subscribing, as well
as the bugtracker, are currently off-line.
According to http:/ /savannah.gnu.org/statement.html
they are working on getting the systems back up.
SWFTools is now hosted by savannah.
This means we now have a
shiny new mailing list
, anonymous CVS is working again (and browsable via
web),
and everybody who mails us bugs will be kindly asked to also submit it into
the
new bugtracker.
avi2swf is finally powerful enough to convert the Matrix Trailer
down to 3 MB.
I'll now regularily upload snapshots. Those are on top of the download page ("current development version"). News: Added a news page. :) |
